Zen Havens provides a safe and secure accommodation and support for service users to live independently. The accommodation is conveniently located near bus and train routes, shops, and local town centre’s. Each person’s room is thoughtfully decorated and equipped and has a wardrobe, double bed and bedside table. In addition to the individual rooms, there is a communal area, a spacious living room, where service users can socialise and watch television together, kitchen, dining table, lounge, and outdoor areas. With a separate staff offices in the home, this helps to ensure that service users can enjoy a cosy and homely atmosphere without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, the separate staff office contributes to creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for service users. The home is meticulously maintained to ensure that it meets the expectations of residents. Additionally, regular inspections are conducted to identify any areas for improvement and to guarantee that the resources provided are up-to-date and in excellent condition.
Our accommodations have staff on-site throughout the day and night, along with CCTV systems that are fitted within the communal areas of our homes and around each property to ensure the safety and security of service users and staff.
