Zen Havens provides a resource for adults aged 18-65 years, with mental health disorders such as Depression, Bipolar, Unstable Borderline Personality Disorders and Schizophrenia. As a person-centred organisation with an emphasis on enabling and empowering vulnerable individuals to go on and live independently within the community, our primary goal is to meet the needs of those on the road to recovery who require assistance in stabilising their mental health conditions by complying with their medication requirements while navigating the daily challenges of day to day life. Zen Havens welcomes those from diverse backgrounds and often works with individuals who have their needs of accommodation and support taken care of by the local authority or through private means.
